Full Stack Developer |Position Open

Job Description/ Why We’re Hiring:

We’re looking for a Full Stack developer who will take a key role on our team. Our Full Stack developer must have knowledge in all stages of software development. You’ll be working alongside our sales team other developers, collaborating on the various layers of the infrastructure for our platform.

Skills and Expertise:

  1. Design overall architecture of the web application.
    Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.

  2. Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features.

  3. Maintain code integrity and organization.

  4. Experience working with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements.

  5. Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.

  6. Highly experienced with back-end programming languages {{Ex: PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET, JavaScript etc}}

  7. Development experience for both mobile and desktop.
    Understanding of server-side languages including {{such-as Jade, EJS, Jinja, etc.}}.

  8. Experience with HubSpot, & other sales CRMs is preferred.


Commercial Insurance Broker |Position Open

Job Description/ Why We’re Hiring:

We are looking for a competitive Insurance Broker to partake in helping us scale our trucking insurance operations. You will be responsible for finding new customers, managing current ones, & innovating way to make the sales process better.

Skills and Expertise:

  1. Use methods such as networking, cold calling etc to spot opportunities and cultivate trust with potential customers

  2. Gauge the condition of business or individual customers and discover plans according to their requirements

  3. Collaborate with clients to introduce them with befitting risk management strategies

  4. Submit regular reviews of progress to interested parties

  5. Retain and renew bookkeeping systems, database and records via HubSpot

  6. Follow the market trends and continuously refurbish knowledge on products and services

  7. Proven experience as an insurance broker

  8. Knowledgeable in all types of trucking insurance plans

  9. Results-driven personality needed.

  10. Demonstrated ability to present, persuade and eventually sell.

  11. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships

Sales Development Representative |Position Open

Job Description/ Why We’re Hiring:

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.

Skills and Expertise:

  1. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

  2. Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails

  3. Present our company to potential clients

  4. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

  5. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

Job Description/ Why We’re Hiring:

A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints.

Skills and Expertise:

  1. Manage large amounts of incoming calls

  2. Generate sales leads and identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

  3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

  4. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

  5. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

  6. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

  7. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
